What this site collects.
This site collects two things: anonymous analytics about how pages are used, and whatever you type into the enquiry form. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone who is not helping to run the site.

Who is responsible
Sow Jirasit runs this site as a one-person business and decides how the data described here is handled. Questions, corrections and deletion requests all go to the same address: contact@sowjirasit.com.
What the enquiry form collects
The form asks what kind of business you have, what you need, and your email address. That is the whole record. There is no phone number field, no company size, no budget dropdown feeding a CRM.
It is used to answer you and to carry the conversation forward if you decide to work with me. It is not added to a mailing list, and I do not send marketing to an address that arrived this way.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and links get used. It sets cookies and records a truncated IP address, approximate location at city level, and the pages viewed. It is configured to measure the site, not to identify you, and the enquiry form deliberately sends no email address to it.
If you would rather not be counted, any browser-level tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Google’s own opt-out add-on will stop it, and nothing on the site breaks when it is blocked.
Who else can see it
Google, as the analytics provider. Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. An email provider, which carries your enquiry to my inbox. That is the complete list, and none of them receive your data for their own marketing.
Your data is never sold, rented or traded. If that ever changed, it would be announced here before it happened, not after.
How long it is kept
Analytics data expires on Google’s own schedule, currently 14 months. Enquiries stay in my email for as long as the conversation is live, and are deleted on request at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and I will do it. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you those rights explicitly; if you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected and to have it deleted, and the right to opt out of a sale that does not happen here anyway.
One email to contact@sowjirasit.com is the whole process. No form, and no account required.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through — the page always describes what the site does today.
Anything here that is unclear, or that you want acted on, goes to contact@sowjirasit.com.
